The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program raises awareness of our natural surroundings through a variety of projects. Improving a kayak launch, supporting bird counts, or restoring marshland gives us a chance to share with our community what a great benefit we have in our bays and estuaries.
We regularly invite media to help us spread the word. We also have a knowledgeable staff available to give interviews and help our community better understand our area.
The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program also has many opportunities to involve the public in our activities, from meeting us at boat show booths to volunteering with marsh planting or bird watch days.
