The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program (CBBEP) is a community-based program that has identified some of the problems facing Texas coastal bend bays and estuaries. Through our partnerships with local citizens and organizations, a comprehensive, long-term program , called the Coastal Bend Bays Plan, has been developed to protect, restore and manage productive bay systems.

We thank our CBBEP partners for their endless time and commitment in making South Texas a better place to live for future generations to come.
