REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR AUDIT SERVICES
Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP) is soliciting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms to perform:
1. A financial statement preparation and audit for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026
2. A Single Audit in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart F for the first major program and up to one additional major program as identified in the audit procedures.
3. Preparation of Form 990 and applicable extensions
The initial contract term shall cover FY2026, with four (4) optional one-year renewal periods.
Who May Respond
Only licensed Certified Public Accountants may respond to this RFP.

Closing Submission Date
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 30, 2026.

Conditions of Proposal
All costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal responding to this RFP will be the responsibility of the Offeror and will not be reimbursed by the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP).
