ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS AT HELD-MORAN NATURE SANCTUARY, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS – The project consists of permitting and construction of a concrete driveway and parking lot, removal of existing bollards and installation of new bollards, and cable repair, located at the Held-Moran Nature Sanctuary, 245 Mediterranean Dr., Corpus Christi, TX 78418. Approximately 45 bollards will be installed and should be treated and intended for ground contact. Bollards will be placed around the new parking lot and at other access points around the sanctuary to prevent vehicles from entering the property. Approximately 5 bollards will be removed, and cable tied off, and installation of one new 16’ removable cable section. The concrete driveway and parking lot will support 4 parking spaces including at least one ADA compliant space. Bidder will also be responsible for relocation of two existing permanent signs and installation of a temporary sign (4’ x 6’) provided by the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program identifying the project funding source during construction. 

All bids must be received by CBBEP no later than March 29, 2024, 11:00am.
